As part of the program Strengthening Institutional Capacity of USAID Implementing Partners for BiH, 20 non-governmental organisations which are implementing USAID-funded projects were given an opportunity to provide their staff with additional education so as to improve the structure of their organisations. The four training modules will enable the participants to acquire skills related to fund-raising, communication and cooperation among local organisations, fieldwork, monitoring and evaluation. The first training, Strengthening fundraising capacity, was held on October 28-30, 2013. In the introductory part, the participants introduced their organisations and talked about their experience in fundraising.
