The Institute for Youth Development KULT plays a very important role in the development of local communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and contributes to the creation of sustainable economic development, the establishment of a supportive business environment for innovation and new investments, and the increase in self-employment and youth employment. Working on sustainability involves numerous educational activities that promote environmental awareness among young people and their communities. Through training, mentoring, and providing financial support, the Institute aims to strengthen entrepreneurial awareness and improve the business environment for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. International cooperation implemented through various projects and programs leads to increased overall economic activity in the community and opens up opportunities for increased and planned youth employment.
