Program development is the process of creating, implementing, and improving programs and services offered by an organization. The Institute for Youth Development KULT continuously works on program development through program partnerships and the provision of various services. Examples of these services include the Brainobrain Academy, which is aimed at developing the cognitive abilities of children and teenagers, and foreign language courses that are offered to provide young people with additional opportunities for learning and improving language skills.
