Youth Work encompasses all activities aimed at creating conditions for their development and integration into society. The Institute for Youth Development KULT works with young people through trainings, workshops, and mentoring, in order to empower youth leaders, youth workers, and professionals in their work with young people. Additionally, the Institute operates in the field of human rights, financing local civic initiatives, and promoting volunteerism as a means of youth and societal development as a whole. Through these activities, the Institute creates better conditions for young people and encourages their active engagement in social life.
