The Institute for Youth Development KULT is continuously engaged in research and analysis of issues relevant to young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Institute creates and implements various research projects aimed at gathering data on the problems and challenges that young people face in our country. The research conducted by the Institute mainly focuses on socio-economic aspects of youth life, such as education, employment, healthcare, social inclusion, and participation in social life.
After collecting the data, the team of experts at the Institute analyzes and interprets the research findings, which creates a deeper understanding of the problems and challenges faced by young people. These analyses are very important as they enable the Institute to provide support to young people and create program offerings that are in line with their needs.
In addition to helping young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina better understand their situation and the problems they face, the Institute also uses its research and analysis to influence youth policies and strategies. The Institute shares its findings with decision-makers and stakeholders, thereby supporting the creation of policies aimed at improving the lives of young people in BiH.
