The Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Sarajevo Canton and the Institute have been successfully cooperating for years on implementing the Law on Youth of FBiH and promoting positive values for young people in Sarajevo Canton. By supporting the development of the first youth strategy of Sarajevo Canton, and holding a session dedicated to youth, the Ministry has shown genuine dedication to improving the position of youth as much as they can within their purview.
On April 17, 2020, the Institute for Youth Development KULT held a meeting with Minister Anis Krivić and Cantonal Youth Officer Lejla Abazović. During the meeting, Minister Krivić met some of the Institute’s staff and learned about the current activities of the Institute for Youth Development KULT. The Ministry also presented their activities during the pandemic. During the meeting, we talked about potential cooperation in 2020 and steps that the Ministry and the Institute can take to improve the position of youth, implementation and promotion of programs for youth and successful young people from Sarajevo Canton.
