On Tuesday, February 10, 2015, the Commission for Finance and Budget of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, held their 4th session, starting at 11:30 am. The session was attended by eight of the nine members. During this session, the Commission expressed their support for the principles of the Proposal law on supplements and amendments to the Law on salaries and compensations in the institutions of BiH with 7 members voting FOR and one voting AGAINST. The Commission forwarded the Proposal law to the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.
Amendments and supplements to the law, proposed by the members of the SBBBiH in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, include the proposal to delete Article 48 of the Law on salaries and compensations in the institutions of BiH, which stipulates that public office holders, retain their legal and work status once they are out of office (bijeli hljeb), until they gain employment elsewhere or retire, for one year upon leaving office at the longest.
