Job Shadowing – Interesting, Useful and Inspiring!

In today’s job shadowing visit, our guests were representatives of the INPUT Youth Center.

They spent the day at the Institute’s offices, seizing every opportunity to ask about how we operate and decided to integrate some of these practices into their own work.
They also shared their own experience and insights about the non-governmental sector with our staff, making the most of today’s sessions to gain valuable new knowledge.

“I followed today’s sessions very attentively, especially since I’m a new employee at the INPUT Youth Center; this visit couldn’t have come at a better time for me. After learning about the Institute’s work, I thought about which aspects we could implement in our organization. It was very interesting, useful and inspiring“, said Nadina Kolić, administrative and technical assistant at INPUT.

“I stand by what I said during the Institute’s training for expert associates for youth work – the Institute is truly a leader in the field! Thanks to the Institute, we have already changed a lot in the way we run our organization. This is just another in a series of great and positive experiences“, said Adi Salčinović, president of the INPUT Youth Center.

The Institute for Youth Development KULT thanks the INPUT Youth Center for their visit today. We have many more visits planned soon, and we are looking forward to these new experiences!
