Youth Know Why They Want to Volunteer!

Civil activism and volunteering were the topics of the second module of the “Learn, Think and Act!” training course for generation 13.

Participants learned about ways they can participate in the society and improve their community. Youth who are taking part in this training come from different parts of BiH, so the focus of the training were issues faced by youth in the community.

“A very useful module, fantastic trainers! Not a lot of theory, which in my opinion is less useful than practical work. In a very short time span, this module helped me make important life decisions.” – said Lamija Mezit, a participant from Konjic.

he organisers are particularly proud of the fact that that the participants found within themselves the answer to why they volunteer and why they want to contribute to their community. They also learned about examples od successful youth initiatives that inspired these young people to launch initiatives themselves.
