The Multifunctional Training Youth House LABIRINT, that was supported in its development by the Institute for Youth Development KULT, won first place in the “Best Community Project” category at the 6th YEPP conference of the International Resource Centre in Finland.
This project was presented as an exceptional example of youth social entrepreneurship at the international “Dream Machine: Toward Social Changes” conference, that, thanks to youth and with contribution of donors and understanding of governmental institutions, enabled the (non)formal education to be conducted continuously in an adapted area and with optional accomodations.
“The award is of particular significance especially if we know that there are few youth who work as entrepreneurs in BiH. On the other hand, such award for social entrepreneurship developed by the Foundation of Tuzla Community with its users is an additional indicator that we are on the right track” – emphasized Emir Baši? from the Foundation of Tuzla Community. Representatives of the Institute for Youth Development KULT added that they are very pleased that the value of the project was recognised at an international level.
The Multifunctional Training Youth House LABIRINT was the best of the 12 presented entrepreneurship ideas.
