OSCE Signs Cooperation Agreement with KULT

The Institute for Youth Development KULT signed a cooperation agreement with the OSCE Mission in BiH on 24 October 2011 related to support in the process of forming youth councils in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and forming new and strengthening the existing youth councils in Republika Srpska.

KULT and the OSCE will cooperate with youth organisations and youth councils to provide expert and technical assistance when required. By establishing youth representative bodies, which is also provided by entity youth laws, the youth non-governmental sector is being strengthened and this should aid in advocating for a better position of youth in the society.
