My European Travel

The volunteers and the representatives of the Institute for Youth Development KULT attended a presentation on European travelling possibilities and the European Union programmes of youth mobility organised by the EU Info Centre on June 27 2014.  The purpose of the event was to appeal to youth in BiH to travel across EU countries in order to meet other cultures and peoples, learn through non-formal education and provide useful information on the relevant programmes of the EU and the opportunities they offer. Various programmes were introduced in the presentations, among which are: ERASMUS+European Voluntary System (EVS), and the DIY tools, including InterRailCouchSurfingEuropean Youth Card and International Student Identity Card(ISIC).

Presentation participants, Amina Purivatra and Nedim Muteveli?, presented the experience and the knowledge they gained travelling across Europe due to their participation in the EU programmes. The EU Info Centre announced a competition titled My European Travel. All young people from BiH who share their experience in EU travelling in photographs and a short itinerary can participate in the competition, which has the objective of promoting EU values.
