Joint Activity of Painting Wall in Doboj

The activity of painting a passage-wall in the centre of Doboj destroyed by the floods was organised on Wednesday 20 May 2015.  The activity was conducted jointly by the Army of USA and Armed Forces of BiH with the generous support by the Tourist Community of Doboj, the Management of the City of Doboj and the Association for supporting children with special needs Doboj. With the support of the US Agency for International Development (USAID), the organisation of the event was coordinated by the Institute for Youth Development KULT. 

The wall in the centre of Doboj, across the street from the city park was painted and prepared for painting murals i.e. a postcard of Doboj designed by Deni BoĹľi?, a youth experienced in painting several successful wall murals.

“We hope that our activity will set an example not just for people in Doboj but all across BiH, that, with joint efforts and with little funds we can make our communities better. It is up to us to set an example for our children”, emphasized Sanja Ĺ˝ivkovi? from the Association for supporting children with disabilities Doboj.

The Institute for Youth Development KULT, with the support of USAID will organise similar activities of environmental designing and adaptation of public areas with the help of the Army of USA and Armed Forces of BiH as well as form local communities and organisations in: Tesli?, Bosanska Krupa, Orašje and Travnik.
