How Visiting the Institute Motivates Our Partner Organizations

Our guests today were representatives of Women’s Association SEKA Goražde.

Visiting our employees in their offices gave the guests ample opportunities to ask anything they ever wanted to know about the way the Institute operates and how they can use some of it in their own organization.

This experience is incredibly valuable, positive, and inspiring. It will not only contribute to the improvement of our organization but also to our personal growth and development.” We experienced such a special atmosphere and energy at the Institute that we felt energized instead of tired. We appreciate this opportunity and the Institute’s recognition of the importance of supporting partner organizations from smaller communities. If we didn’t have support, I don’t think we would have been able to cope with some of the challenges we faced“, said Amina Sarajlić, expert associate for work with children and youth.

The Institute for Youth Development KULT has developed the concept of job shadowing, which will provide civil society organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina with a new perspective on organizational development. This concept is commonly used in professional development and involves observing everyday activities, work environments, and the application of various methods and models of work in practice.

Women’s Association SEKA Goražde is a partner organization that participates in the organizational capacity-building program through Localworks.

Providing the opportunity for representatives of organizations to learn about the procedures at the Institute allows us to come up with new ideas and opportunities together. All previous visits have proven to be very useful because partner organizations often decide to implement what they saw and learned during the visit.

The Institute for Youth Development KULT is grateful for the visit, and we look forward to new visits and experiences!
