Fourth Module of the Youth Watch Youth Policy Initiative Completed

The topic of the fourth module of the training course within the Youth watch youth policy initiative were Organisational development: managing staff and finances. The workshop was held for representatives of youth councils/youth committees on November 26-29 in IlidĹľa.

Through practical exercises and an exchange of experiences, the workshop participants had an opportunity to learn about work organization, time management, steps in strategic planning, the importance of resources for the development of the organization and managing staff and finances.

The exercises youth were given during the workshop aimed at a practical application of knowledge and helping youth to contribute as much as they can through participating in youth councils/youth committees.
