Eight units of local self-government issued Public calls for funding the best business plans written by youth: Municipality Grad Sarajevo, Municipality Jajce, Municipality Teslić, Municipality Novi Travnik, Municipality Centar Sarajevo, Municipality Modriča, City of Cazinu and City of Trebinje.
The Public calls are funded through the Entrepreneurial Fund for Youth with contains funds provided by local units of self-government and the Institute for Youth Development KULT, with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Sweden in BiH. The Fund is intended to support the development of entrepreneurship and youth employment in 8 municipalities and cities.
The total value of the Entrepreneurial Fund for Youth is approximately 400,000 BAM, and it is expected to support between 50 and 100 youth-owned businesses.
The Institute, in cooperation with the participating municipalities and cities, will hold workshops for all young people interested in applying. Information about the public calls and workshops are available on the websites of the municipalities and cities, and the Institute’s social network accounts.
