Sales Manager, one position (01.09.0-N2.1-28832#6)
Job Description
Organize and lead the sales of project accounting software and present software capabilities to potential users. The job includes defining the sales strategy, proactive communication with potential customers, negotiation, contracting, and post-sales support. Responsible for achieving sales targets through personal sales skills, monitoring sales growth, ensuring service payments from users, and managing the software’s administrative panel. Provides recommendations to the management regarding strategic and operational steps.
Position-specific Criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions,
- Excellent communication and sales skills,
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software.
Additional Information:
Type of Employment Contract:
Full-time employment contract. Start of employment: November 15, 2021.
Elimination (mandatory) criteria:
- Category B driver’s license and an active driver with experience,
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English,
- Computer skills (MS Office, internet),
- Citizenship of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Additional criteria:
It is desirable for the candidate to have developed communication skills, be inclined towards teamwork, be independent in performing tasks, and have no difficulties with occasional travel and flexible working hours. The use of various software solutions that facilitate and accelerate work processes is considered mandatory, as all processes are digitized through different online and desktop applications.
Candidates with experience working in non-governmental organizations in positions relevant to the applied position are particularly encouraged to apply.

Selected candidates will be invited for testing, and if they meet the test criteria, for an interview.
Testing will take place in the week of November 1-5, 2021, at the premises of the Institute for Youth Development KULT (Central Office Sarajevo, 4. viteške brigade Street 34-36, Ilidža). The testing assesses knowledge in the field of the position the candidate is applying for, as well as English language proficiency. The interview will be held in the week of November 8-12, 2021, at the Central Office Sarajevo. Candidates who are not shortlisted or with whom the Institute does not intend to enter into the negotiation process will not be contacted.
