The procedure of developing a Youth Strategy in Una-Sana Canton has commenced. The Government of Una-Sana Canton authorised the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports tp demand the cantonal ministries, public institutions and public firms to appoint representatives for the Work Group for Developing Youth Strategy in Una-Sana Canton (USK) for the period from 2016 to 2020. The Institute for Youth Development KULT was appointed to provide expert and advisory aid in the process of developing the Strategy in collaboration with the Ministry.
The Decision of the Una-Sana Canton Government was preceeded by meetings held between Jasmin Beši?, Executive Director of the Institute for Youth Development KULT, Mr. Izudin Sara?evi?, USK Prime Minister, Mr. Damir HodĹľi?, Chairman of Committee of Education, Science, Culture, Sport and Youth at the Parliamentary Assembly of Una-Sana Canton and Mr. Kenan Keserovi?, Committee’s Deputy Chairman.
The Strategy, which is obligatory under law in all cantons in FBiH, and advocated by representatives of Youth Council of Una-Sana Canton, should determin precisely the aims and measures of the government’s care for youth.
