Apples with Notes on World Health Day

Volunteers of the Institute for Youth Development KULT will commemorate April 7 – World Health Day by distributing apples with notes on importance of preserving health.

The activities will be held in IlidĹľa and the Vilson’s Lane and the basic goal is to inform the public on health problems that affect the population in general.

The commemoration of the World Health Day will continue on April 9, 2016 at the plateau in front of the Educational-Leisure Center for Youth SPAJALICA in Ilidža, where physical form will be tested in accordance with the Cooper’s test.

The Cooper’s test is a simple method of testing a person’s physical form and adjusting future physical activities and trainings to the results. The test does not require special devices or a laboratory – only a stopwatch, track and running shoes.

The testing will take place at 12.00 PM and a short lecture on theory will be held prior to the practical part.

The World Health Day is commemorated on every April 7, sponsored by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the purpose is to introduce the public with the health problems that affect the whole population.
