The Institute for Youth Development KULT is a proud sponsor of the organisation of the CEO Conference. In an attempt to help youth live up to their potential and become a better version of themselves, we are also holding a workshop at the conference.
Leaders Eat Last is a workshop on leadership and team spirit that will be held by the Executive Director of the Institute for Youth Development KULT Jasmin Bešić.
On February 9, young people will have an opportunity to learn how to be a great leader in a team, and how to be a team player. They will have a chance to attend an interactive lecture with practical exercises on the topic of leadership that combines the psychological aspects of management with ways to lead a team in a harmonious and effective way. Leadership is action, not position, and if you want people to follow you we will teach you how to lead by using the appropriate set of tools.
For this year’s CEO Conference, under the slogan “The Power of Choice”, the Faculty of Economy teamed up with partners: Sberbank BiH, Sol Azur & Buena Vista, Institute for Youth Development KULT, Coca-Cola HBC B-H, Posao.ba and LifeLine Driving School, to organise a series of workshops for high school students, intended to help young people in BiH improve their personal competencies and learn new skills.
The first in a series of workshops, sponsored by the Institute for Youth Development KULT, “Leaders Eat Last”, will be held on February 9, 2019, at the Tondach amphitheater of the Faculty of Economy in Sarajevo. The first workshop will be focused on leadership and teamwork.
