The development of the Action Program for youth of the City of Sarajevo is well underway. Research is being conducted on youth needs and problems, and the Working Group for developing the Action Program held their second meeting.
This meeting, held at the Institute for Youth Development KULT, included a presentation of the legal grounds and a discussion of processes within the City Administration of the City of Sarajevo and the preliminary steps the Service took to form this Working Group.
The discussion focused on previous steps made in the process of developing the document, and members of the Working Groups received their first task – analyze the situation in the services and municipality when it comes to youth issues, and the existing programs and priorities in different segments.
The Institute is currently conducting research in the field on young people’s opinions, preparing for desk research, and the Working Group is analyzing the position of youth in institutions.
