Youth Issues Main Topic for Slovakia and BiH

Youth issues will be the future focus of stronger cooperation between the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH, and the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sports of the Slovak Republic, pursuant to the Memorandum of Cooperation on youth issues signed on 23 April 2018 by these two countries.

During their official visit to our country, the delegation of the Slovak Republic visited the Institute for Youth Development KULT, and organization that has been working on improving the lives of youth in BiH for the past 15 years.

Members of the delegation and representatives of the Ministry were presented with the work of the Insitute, after which they discussed areas that can be improved through cooperation, and talked about the current position of youth in BiH.

The Institute is pleased with the signing of the Memorandum, and offered to provide support in any process that can improve the lives of youth in BiH.

The signing and implementation of the Memorandum creates an environment conducive to quality communication, forming joint working groups and exchanging experience, thus strengthening the youth work sector, which is necessary for the development of BiH and the Slovak Republic.
