The 16th session of Committee on Finance and Budget of Parliamentary Assembly’s House of Peoples was held on Monday, April 4, 2016. The 2016 Orientation Work Plan of the Committee on Finance and Budget of Parliamentary Assembly’s House of Peoples was adopted at the session.
The Report on Activities of the Auditing Office of Institutions in BiH for 2015 was also adopted, with the Recommendation to the Office to oblige itself to deliver the Commission with a review of budget performance by that time period prior to delivering the budget for the following year.
The Information of the Auditing Office of Institutions in BiH on realization of conclusions on reports of the audit of effect was acknowledged along with the Information of the Auditing Office of Institutions in BiH according to the Audit Reports for 2014, with a recommendation of the Committee to intensify the cooperation between the Office and the Committee with the purpose of overcoming the problem of realizing the recommendations of the Office and conclusions of the Committee and the House of Peoples, and for the Office to deliver the Committee with a complete set of requested information.
In addition to this information, a conclusion was adopted that obliges the Office of Secretary of the Committee to, after all institutions deliver their answers, analyze the answers in order to prepare the Committee for the realization of the visits planned for this month in the best possible manner. Also, a conclusion was adopted that obliges the Office of Secretary of the Committee to prepare the notification to the Collegium of the House of Peoples in order for the Collegium to reqest the Council of Ministers of BiH to urgently realize the activity for which the Council of Ministers of BiH was in charge through collective conclusions of the House of Peoples, adopted at the 11th session of the House of Peoples held on November 10, 2015.
