7th Session of Committee on Economic and Financial Policy of Parliamentary Assembly’s HoR of FBiH

The 7th Session of Committee on Economic and Financial Policy of the Parliamentary Assembly’s HoR of FBiH was held on Monday, 30 November 2015. The Budget Proposal of FBiH for 2016 was adopted in the 7th session, as well as the Law on performing the Budget for 2016 with 5 votes for and 4 votes against. The President of the Federal Ministry of Finance presented both documents. In 2016, a new loan was planned from the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund as well as a local loan by issuing treasury records and bonds. The debt that was incurred with the valid court decisions on the labour dispute is 34 million BAM in all 10 cantons with the 19.3 BAM of principal and 14.7 million BAM of interest. There is also a budget allocation of 2 million BAM planned for establishing the airport in Biha?. There is 50 million BAM planned for the first employment of youth in 2016, which is 30 million BAM more than in 2015 and 2014.

The financial plan of the Institute for Transfusion Medicine of FBiH for 2015 and the Report on activities of the Institute for Transfusion Medicine of FBiH for 2014 with additional documents were adopted unanimously. The conclusion to pay the obligations towards the Institute as soon as possible was also adopted.

The Report on activities and business of the JP “Elektroprivreda HZ HB” d.d. Mostar was unanimously not adopted.
