The 10th Session of the Committe on Finance and Budget of the Parliamentary Assembly’s HoR of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held on 21 July 2015. The Committee on Finance and Budget of Parliamentay Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina accepted the principles of the Proposal of Law on Amendments of the Law on Salaries and Compensations in the Institutions of BiH and this Proposal of Law was sent to further parliamentary procedure.
After discussing this proposal, the Committee adopted the conclusion with which it demands of the Council of Ministers of BiH to develop and deliver a comprehensive system proposal of a legislative to regulate issues of salaries and compensations in BiH institutions to the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, taking to consideration that the proposals should be integrated in the laws that regulate the area.
The Committee accepted the Information on state of public indebtness of BiH on 31 December 2014, developed by the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH.
The Report and Amendment of Report on Activities of Procurement Review Body for 2014 was also accepted. With accepting this Report, the Committee decided to demand the information on legality of appoinitng the Chairman of the Procurement Review Body from the Joint Board of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH and the Council of Ministers of BiH.
The Committee accepted the Proposal of Plan for Discussing Audit Reports on Financial Activities of Institutions in BiH in 2014, developed by the Office of Secretary of the Committee on Finance and Budget of the Parliamentary Assembly’s HoR.
The Committee postponed the discussion of the Report on Budget Implementation of the Institutions in BiH for 2014. This Report will be discussed together with the Audit Report on this document.
