Youth Helping Youth: Small Actions Developing Local Communities

Regional schools in Bratač, Kićino Selo and Odžak in the municipality Nevesinje will soon have new front yards. Youth from the association “Svjetlost” decided to give the students in these schools a more enjoyable environment.

Thirty young volunteers already started landscaping, and will also visit two other schools in the rural area, after which they will meet with the local administration to present the results of their initiative and discuss future activities.

The implementation of this activity was supported by the Institute for Youth Development KULT, as one of the local civil initiatives implemented across BiH.
