Working on Quality Youth Work Methods

The third module of the Training for Expert Associates for Youth Work was held in September.

During this module the participants learned about public advocacy and social competencies.

Public advocacy is an integral part of civil activism and includes groups and individuals who want to encourage, design, implement and change the policies and behaviour of institutions that make decisions important for their community and quality of life.

In order to build better relationships with people, participants learned about social competencies, the importance of communication skills and establishing relationships, peaceful conflict resolution, decision making and ways of solving various problems they may encounter during their work.

The participants took part in an informal Coffee time with Tarik HodĹľi?, well-known BiH director, and a group of volunteers from various European countries.

The participants of this training come from all parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
