A “Coffee Time with…” Session will be held at the Educational-Leisure Center for Youth SPAJALICA in IlidĹľa with Tomislav Cvitanuši? on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 12 am.
Tomislav Cvitanuši?, a versatile athlete that ran 13 marathons, perfomed in Ironman Triathlon Race and climbed Mont Blanc will discuss teamwork and leadership with youth.
Tomislav will discuss about his previous successes with youth, about leadership as an obligatory factor of all successful organizations, the qualities fo a good leader and how to develop them and about the leadership power that results from this organizational ability. He will try and provide them with answers to some of the most common questions, such as: How to motivate yourself to carry on? How to make decisions? What lessions from extreme and stressful situations can be implemented in our daily activities?
Tomislav Cvitanuši? is a marathon runner, triathlete and alpinist. He is one of the founders of the Sarajevo Half-Marathon, the greatest international sports event in Bosnia and Herzegovina with over 1,500 participants. He is also a co-founder of the Running School in the capital of BiH.
The session is open for all interested youth who wish to be successful.
UMiD – Learn, Think and Act! is a 1-year training program of youth leaders for their active involvement in the social community and the business world.
Among other things, the training offers the participants an opportunity to acquire confidence, reflect on their ablities nad potentials, develop a sense of responsibility in the society and acquire skills in managing and pursuing business. This training is recognized by the Ministry of Education of Sarajevo Canton and by numerous other municipalities in BiH.
