A hundred boys and girls, elementary school students from the area of the Municipality of IlidĹľa, had fun today at the Educational-Leisure Centre for Youth SPAJALICA. SPAJALICA opened its doors to the elementary school students today with the purpose of presenting them, their parents and teachers with the diverse offer of the Centre.
The students of the Fourth Elementary School in Hrasnica and the Third Elementary School in Ilidža learned about children’s rights through a 3-hour educational and entertaining workshop and head fun together along the way.
“Today was an excellent opportunity for the kids, but also the educational staff, to introduce themselves with the activities of the Educational-Leisure Centre for Youth SPAJALICA. It was more than obvious that everyone enjoyed both in the educational part and in the excellent company we provided them. The smiles on kids’ faces are our greatest reward” – says Vesna Filipovi?, the Manager of the Educational-Leisure Centre for Youth SPAJALICA.
With the help from the staff of the Centre, the hard-working volunteers of SPAJALICA devised different activities that the children especially enjoyed. The teachers also enjoyed themselves, as they exchanged practical experiences from formal education. Today, the teachers were also presented with the non-formal education SPAJALICA offers.
Representatives of the Municipality of IlidĹľa, who have been supporting the event for years, also attended the Open Doors of SPAJALICA.
