The Youth Employment Forum – Social Entrepreneurship in FBiH, was held on 16 December in Sarajevo and organized by the Federal Employment Bureau. The event was realized as a part of the Conference on Social Entrepreneurship in the Federation of BiH under the Adriatic Welfare Mix IPA Project.
The Conference was opened by Omer Korjeni?, representative of the Director of the Federal Employment Bureau, Vesko Drlja?a, the Minister of Labor and Social Policy of FbiH, Amir Zuki?, the Minister of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts of FBiH and David Kramer, Deputy of Director for cooperation of the Swiss Embyssy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The aim of the Conference was to create a Social Entrepreneurship Platform in the Federation of BiH that should reply to the questions of what is and what the elements of social entrepreneurship are, and how to create an encouraging environment to develop social businesses. The examples of social entrepreneurship from BiH, Croatia and Slovenia were also presented, along with the models of social entrepreneurship that could be defined with the platform.
The Youth Employment Forum was attended by a representative of the Institute for Youth Development KULT.
