Educational-Leisure Centre for Youth SPAJALICA hosted four young high school volunteers yesterday. This visit is part of our cooperation with the Infohouse Association and their project Volunteer-Credit (Volontiraj-kreditiraj).
First and third grade students of the High School for Envirnonment and Wood Design and the Construction-Geodesic High School spent one working day at our Centre and participated in various activities. The most significant of these activities was the redecoration of an unused room in the Centre into a new and adapted space ready for usage. This activity required a lot of cleaning, sorting and folding, but, despite the hard work which lay ahead, the students had a lot of fun, using this time to discuss volunteering, professional orientation, future expectations, school problems, etc. The volunteers were eager to participate in the task set for them, hoping to gain new experience, meet new people and create new friendships. After the day’s work, they concluded that they would like to visit SPAJALICA again, either through some future volunteer activities or by participating in future activities offered by SPAJALICA.
