Initiative Group Alpbach Sarajevo in association with the Centre Municipality Sarajevo will award 3 (three) scholarships to the Seminar Week (16 – 22 August, 2012) of the European Forum Alpbach 2012.
The eligibility criteria is as follows:
- Applicants are students/young graduates age 19 to 28
- Applicants reside and are registered in Center Municipality Sarajevo
- Applicants are citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Applicants are not past scholarship holders of the European Forum Alpbach or the Initiative Group Alpbach Sarajevo
The deadline for submitting the applications via email is Wednesday, 11 July at 23:59 h. You can forward the application documents to info@igas.ba. The winners of scholarships will be informed about the results by Monday, 16 July 2012.
The jury will consist of the Initiative Group Alpbach Sarajevo members. The scholarship covers participation costs, as well as accommodation with breakfast. Travel costs are not covered by the scholarship.
The following documents are to be sent to info@igas.ba:
- Applicant resume in Bosnian or English, not longer than two pages (A4).
- One-page motivational letter in English, in which the applicant explains the reasons for applying and gives evidence of ongoing interest in the content and the topics of the European Forum Alpbach 2012.
- Scanned document confirming residency in Center Municipality Sarajevo (a copy of identification card).
- Scanned document certifying the current academic enrollment of the applicant (certificate of enrollment or a copy of the diploma).
- Other academic certificates – optional (scanned).
NOTE:
Incomplete and untimely applications will not be taken into consideration.
