The construction of a mushroom garden that will be the only source of income for Sabira Bili? and her family is completed. During the floods in May the  Bili? family home was completely destroyed. They lost their only source of income – a shed in which Sabira grew mushrooms. The industrial machines for upholstering, that her husband Safet got as a severance pay after the local factory stopped working, were also destroyed. The aid from the Institute for Youth Development KULT means a lot for the Bili? family, as Safet Bili? says: “With the aid of the Institute, the shed in which we will grow mushrooms has been rebuilt. Hopefully, with God’s mercy, we will be able to expand our business.“ Safet, his wife Sabira and two underage children live, he says, literary from day to day. The children are in school, and he and his wife are at the unemployment bureau. They are both unemployed. Due to health issues, Sabira is currently hospitalised in Tešanj, which aggravated the already difficult situation. „With the help of the Foundation for Strengtehning Women, family Bili? was awarded with rebuilding an object that will serve as their only source of income as of today, in which they will grow mushrooms. The mother of Bili? family was involved in the business before the May floods, but the floods destroyed the object and we rebuilt it. The Institute for Youth Development has been actively adapting partly or completely destroyed family homes since May. Bili? family was one of the families that the Institute aided“ – emphasized the Institute project coordinator, Mirela Ajanovi?.
