Institute for Youth Development KULT cordially invites you to attend the conference “Keeping in step with the Youth Laws of BiH” which will be held at the Hotel Bristol Sarajevo, on 22 April 2013, at 14.00 hours.
During the conference, examples of good practice concerning the implementation of the two Youth Laws in BiH will be presented, the Ordinance on institutional cooperation with Youth Councils/Committees for Youth will be promoted, and Youth Councils/Committees for Youth will be introduced as umbrella youth associations. The discussion will also revolve around the following topics:
– – Youth laws as the guidelines for responsible youth care
– Legal obligations of government institutions in practice
– Forms of cooperation between local authorities and youth associations and Councils/Committees
The conference participants will be representatives of public authorities, international institutions and organisations, youth councils/committees for youth and the media. Following the conference, the representatives of youth councils/committees for youth will get the opportunity to introduce themselves to the stakeholders during the lunch time.
The conference is going to be organised as part of the initiative Institutional dialogue between youth and governmental authorities through the establishment of youth councils. You can find more information about the project on the website www.mladi.org.
