Declaring on Principals of Proposal of Law on Supplements and Amendments of the Law on Salaries and Compensations in BiH Institutions Postponed

The 19th session of Committee on Finance and Budget of the Parliamentary Assembly’s House of People of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PSBiH) was held on Thursday, July 14, 2016. During the session, declaring on the principles of the Proposal of the Law on Supplements and Amendments of the Law on Salaries and Compensations in BiH Institutions, proposed by the Parliamentary Assembly’s HoR was postponed until the Council of Ministers delivers its opinion about the Proposal of the Law. It was concluded that the Collegium of the Parliamentary Assembly’s HoR should be asked for an extension of the deadline for delivering the opinion on the Proposal of the Law.

The Report on the activities of the Office for Consideration of Appeals of BiH for 2015 was accepted. The conclusion was also adopted to hold a thematic session in which the state of the Office for Consideration of Appeals of BiH will be discussed.

The Information on the state of public indebtedness of BiH on December 31, 2015 was also acknowledged.

The Information of the Indirect Taxation Agency of BiH (ITA BiH) on the activities conducted regarding the realization of recommendations from the Report on the performed audit of effect on topic “Managing Customs Terminals” was also acknowledged. The conclusion for the Board of Directors of ITA BiH to immediately realize all recommendations from the Report and notify the Committee on Finance and Budget was also adopted.
