Committee on Finance and Budget of Parliamentary Assembly’s House of People of BiH Adopted the Proposal of Report on Considered Audit Reports for 2013

Shortly after adopting the Collective Opinion on Audit Reports of Financial Business Management of the Institutions of BiH for 2013 by the Committee on Finance and Budget of the Parliamentary Assembly’s HoR of BiH, the Committee on Finance and Budget of the Parliamentary Assembly’s House of People of BiH also adopted the Proposal of the Report on Considered Audit Reports of the Auditing Office for Institutions in BiH for 2013. 

The Proposal was adopted by members of Committee at the 39th session held on 10 September 2014. The agenda of the session was as follows: 

  1. Adopting the Record for the 38th session of the Committee on Finance and Budget; 
  2. Consideration of the Proposal of Report on Considered Audit Reports of the Auditing Office for Institutions in BiH for 2013. 

The Proposal of Report was made from collective and individual conclusions of the Committee on Finance and budget on Considered Audit Reports for 2013 for institutions that were provided with reserved audit opinion with emphasis on subjects. The Committee uses conclusions to incite efficient work and removal of flaws indicated in the audit reports. 

The Committee suggested to Parliamentary Assembly’s House of People of BiH to demand taking action that is in jurisdiction of 43 institutions that were evaluated positively in 2013, in order to avoid further consequences of problems in business management indicated in the audit. 

The Parliamentary Assembly’s House of People of BiH was suggested that the Council of Ministers of BiH assembles a whole information on considered audit reports, to initiate procedures for joint procurements, to determine a training programme for employees of the institutions in BiH for priority areas according to audit reports, to publicly commend the institutions of BiH evaluated positively by the Auditing Office for Institutions in BiH in 2013.
