Commission for Finance and Budget of PDPSBiH Support Proposal Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Salaries and Compensations in the Institutions of BiH

On Tuesday, February 24, 2015, the Commission for Finance and Budget of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Eight out of the nine members of the Commission attended the session, and the agenda and minutes from the 4th session of the Commission were adopted unanimously.

In the second commission stage, the Commission supported the Proposal law on amendments and supplements to the Law on salaries and compensations in the institutions of BiH, proposed by the SBBBiH Club of representatives. The Commission did not support an amendment to the Law proposed by representative Nikola Lovrinovi?.

The Commission supported and forwarded to the Parliament the initiative proposed by representative Aleksandra Pandurevi?: Pursuant to Article 8 of the Code of Conduct of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH (“Official Gazette of BiH”, No. 79/14), I am moving to include the following item in the agenda: Information provided by the Central Bank of BiH about the problems faced by loan holders whose loan contract includes a clause on denominating the loan in Swiss francs and the measures undertaken to solve these problems.”

The Commission acknowledged the Information provided by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, dated February 11, 2015, and a memo from the Court of BiH regarding the objections to the Proposal law on amendments and supplements to the Law on salaries and other compensations in judicial and prosecutorial institutions in BiH, dated February 9, 2015.
