Can Speed Dating Help Students Find the Job They Want

On Thursday, 14 December 2017, the Faculty of Economy in Sarajevo hosted the PRO Career event, which is part of the CEO Academy.

The event had two parts: a conference and speed dating. Speed dating was intended to connect employers (companies) with PRO Career participants (20 of the best). Each participant had two minutes with each employers, after which the employers selected the best participants who were then rewarded.

Participants of the speed dating event were representatives of various companies: Azra Sari? (Mistral), Danka Damjanovi? (Bimal), Semir Musi? (Lilium Digital), Lamija Alajbegovi? (Sberbank BH), Nermina Keli? (Universal Media), Ines Jozi? (Coca-Cola HBC), Dragana Mujanovi? (dm drogerie markt), Senada Kar?i? (Klas), Emina Tufek?i? (VISPAK), Jasmin Beši? (Institute for Youth Development KULT), Adi Kurtovi? (ADLink), Admir Tursum (AT Store), Nermina Šerak (Pharmamaac), Adis Hasakovi? (MCM), Adisa Ošijan (Sol Azur & Buenavista), Emir Hulusi? (CPE), Damir Zekovi? (CPCD), Elma Kadri? (Via Media), Ajla Šoše (Gazzda), Dajana Cvjetkovi? (CPCD’s SMART Resource Center).

They provided the 20 participants of the the CEO Academy with opportunities to network and exchange contacts and experiences. The best participants were provided with internships and valuable rewards. The CEO (Career and Entrepreneurship Opportunities) conference is an annual event connecting youth with successful people whose positive examples inspire them to take a proactive approach to entrepreneurship and career development by fighting myths about success and learning new skills.
