The Anti-Doping Control Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina organised a seminar on fighting doping in BiH in collaboration with the Institute. The seminar was held at the Educational-Leisure Centre for Youth SPAJALICA on 19 December at 12:00.
The Anti-Doping Control Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina focuses on implementation of the World Antidoping Agency Codex and rules of IOC and international sports federations, organises and conducts a doping control in sports contests and beyond, determining the rules for therapy exceptions in accordance with international regulations, establishes international doping-related collaboration and concludes contracts on testing.
The primary goal was to introduce youth athlethes and amateurs with their rights and obligations in fighting doping. They were also familiarised with the list of prohibited substances, consequences of doping-consumation and exceptions, infringement of rules and the process and procedure of doping control.
