In collaboration with partners and beneficiaries, Partnerships in Health held the sixth Regional Conference on HIV and AIDS, on 17 – 18 May 2012 at the hotel Hollywood, titled “Treatment of co-infections and innovative approaches to HIV prevention.”

This year’s Conference comprised the four objectives: introduction of new HIV prevention technologies and strategies, becoming familiar with the treatment options for co-infections in the countries in the region, an overview of the HIV epidemic of the Western Balkans, and providing a forum for the exchange of knowledge, practices and experiences. The Conference was attended by the representatives of KULT within the scope of the project Info-Point for Youth.

As a brief reminder, as part of the activities carried out under the Youth Strategy, Institute for Youth Development KULT, in collaboration with Partnerships in Health and YPEER network, celebrated the World AIDS Day observed on 1 December.
