The 10th session of the Committee on Economic and Financial Policy of the Parliamentary Assembly’s HoR of the Federation of BiH was held on Monday, February 22, 2016.
During the discussion, the Committee members discussed whether the Proposal of Law on Treasury in BiH should be adopted or not. Most of those who addressed the attendants thought that the Proposal should be supported, because that would enable the implementation of uniform business management criteria on the whole territory of FBiH, which is in accordance with the obligations of accession to the European Union.
In the 10th session of the Committee on Economic and Financial Policy of the Parliamentary Assembly’s HoR of FBiH, the Proposal of Law on Treasury of FBiH was unanimously adopted.
The following conclusion was also adopted: the Committee considered the proposal of the Law on Treasury in FBiH and supported its deliberation in the parliamentary procedure. The Committee suggests to find the mechanisms of monitoring, controlling and implementing the Law.
There was no discussion referring to “Agenda of the Government of FBiH for 2016” item, because there were no attending representatives of the Government of FBiH.
