On Tuesday, 7 April 2015, 6th Session of the Committee on Finance and Budget of the Parliamentary House of Representatives (HoR) was held in the presence of all its members. On the 6th session of the Committee, The information of the Central Bank of BiH regarding the problems of the credit users with a currency clause on obligations indexing in Swiss francs (CHF) was acknowledged, along with the measures undertaken to solve these issues.

The currency clause may be used if the sources of assets are gathered in a foreign currency, in this instance, in Swiss francs. The Central Bank of BiH cannot provide an answer to that since the conversion was not conducted through the Central Bank of BiH. The entity banking agencies may demand the response.
