First Module of Youth Watch Youth Policy Held

Networking skills, organisation and financial management in the non-governmental sector were the topics of the first module of the training course. The workshop for representatives of youth councils and youth committees in B&H  was held September 25-27, 2013 in the Educational-Leisure Centre for Youth SPAJALICA.

The first part of the workshop consisted of practical examples of networking skills, and the second part focused on basic principles of the management of an organisation, financial reports and accounting, getting a job at an organisation, calculating contract pay.

The exercises included in the workshop will help youth in applying their knowledge in practice and giving a significant contribution to the financial management of the organisation they are representing.

The six-module training programme is part of the Youth watch youth policy initiative.
