Module 4: Public Advocacy

Advocating is a process of action that relies on instruments of democracy to open new spaces, policies and laws. It is an action that is also addressed to changing policies, positions or programmes within any type of organisations – from non-profit and ministries to international. The trainees were introduced with the elements, process and principles of advocating.
