Amir Omanovi?, Director of the SOS Children’s Villages in BiH pointed out that SOS Children’s Villages are present in 133 countries worldwide, but that BiH is the only one with a nongovernmental youth organisation. He promised to provide “Nautilus” with all the support they need, and thanked the Institute for Youth Development KULT. The association “Nautilus” has been active since October 2014, and its main goal is improving the position of youth in the society, regardless of gender, religion, nationality, education, etc. The primary goal is to animate as many youth in local communities as possible, and to work on strengthening the social responsibility of youth through cooperating with public institutions, nongovernmental organisations promoting youth work, and other organisations dealing with youth issues: education, health sector, culture and arts and sports organisations. The support provided by the Institute will be of great importance to the youth in “Nautilus”.

In addition to Sarajevo, another online UMiD Centre was opened in Jablanica, and centres will be opened soon in Srebrenica and Velika Kladuša.
