Representatives of youth from political parties talked about the situation and future of their age group during the round table “BiH EU Accession – Future for Youth” held on September 16, 2017 in Mostar.
Representative of the Institute for Youth Development KULT gave the introductory speech and spoke about EU programs that a small percentage of youth in BiH use, such as Erasmus+, participation in EU youth bodies and opportunities EU membership offers to youth.
The participants discussed BiH road to EU accession and the crucial role of youth in the candidacy and accession process.
Finally, the Institute presented the initial results of an online survey on youth leaving BiH, Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro and moving to EU member states.
The roundtable was organised by NDI BiH.
