Business Communication Training Organised for Employees of Municipality of Tešanj

Twenty employees of the Municipality of Tešanj attended the Training on Business Communication held by representatives of the Institute for Youth Development KULT on Saturday, 7 November. The Training was attended by the employees that interact with citizens in performing their daily tasks. The aim of the training was to increase the quality of service being provided to citizens of the Municipality of Tešanj. The subject was improvement of communicational skills of an individual and the attendants were introduced with methods of efficient communication (verbal and non-verbal). 

The Training consisted of 3 parts: introducing communicational skills, introducting presenting skills, and solving conflict situations. Representatives of the Institute for Youth Development KULT claim to be pleased. “This is only one of the indicators how the governmental institutions and civil society organisations can cooperate successfully and use common resurces to satisfy the requirements of citizens. The Municipality of Tešanj is always trying to set an example in how a local community should function and I am glad that The Institute is seen as a partner in the processes. The lecturer Amil Kamenica was surprised in a positive manner with their desire to learn, but also with the skills they presented during practical exercises” – stated Amila Dedi? from the Institute for Youth Development KULT.
