ProCredit Bank, as was the tradition in previous years, is organizing a six-month training in banking, led by banking experts through the Young Banker Programme. This is a unique opportunity for all individuals interested in banking the ProCredit way to develop professionally and personally. All individuals with a degree from the School of Business, Faculty of Philosophy, Agriculture, Political Sciences or any other social or technical college, with or without work experience, may apply for the Programme. The theoretical segment of the Programme consists of interactive theoretical lectures, group or individual work, taking place in classrooms. The practical segment will take place in ProCredit Bank business units. Participants are expected to ready for learning, travelling and spending time at different locations. To successfully complete the training, participants are required to attend classes regularly.
