Representatives of the Institute for Youth Developemnt KULT attended the 6th Assembly of Association of Municipalities and Cities of the FBiH held on 6 October 2011 in Neum. Besides the mayors/chiefs from FBiH, the representatives of the international community were present as well, along with governmental representatives.
The primary activities of this annual Assembly were focused on lobbing for a better position of the local self-management units. After opening the Assembly and introductory speeches, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Government of FBiH and Association of Municipalities and Cities of FBiH. For the occassion, KULT presented the project entitled Institutional Dialogue between Youth and Authorities through Establishing Youth Councils.
