The Institute for Youth Development KULT started the new training for Youth Officers from FBiH. The first of five modules is currently ongoing and 22 youth are participating in the training.
The Institute for Youth Development KULT is conducting Youth Officer training programs and certifying Youth Officers who focus on youth work in urban, municipal and cantonal instutitions.
Through the basic training program, an attendant is trained for performing activities of an expert in a governmental service for youth work. Through the training program, the attendant is primarily equipped for cooperation and providing expert help to youth in developing projects, establishing youth associations and promoting youth work, advocating for youth interests and youth consulting.
The basic training program for Youth Officers lasts for 120 work hours that are divided in modules.
